Catalogs: PDF Flipbook Maker (“we”, “our”, “the app”) helps merchants create shoppable flipbooks from PDFs. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your choices.
Data we access
- Store information needed to operate the app (shop domain, installation status, plan status).
- Product data that you choose to link to hotspots (product IDs, titles, handles).
- Uploaded PDF files that you provide (stored in Shopify Files and referenced by the app).
- Basic aggregated usage metrics (daily views and clicks per catalog) to help you understand performance.
How we use data
- To generate and display your flipbook and hotspots.
- To provide support and troubleshoot issues you report.
- To maintain app security (for example, verifying signed requests).
Data retention
We store app data in Cloudflare D1. To prevent unbounded growth, we keep only daily aggregated metrics and periodically delete older records.
Your choices
You can uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstall, we mark your store as inactive and remove stored sessions. You can contact us to request deletion of remaining app data.
